How to order the products?

Please send your inquiry to us, once we confirm the orders, we will send you PI.

What’s the MOQ for custom the products?

No MOQ limitted. 1pc sample also support customizations.

How can I get the samples?

Yes, just need sample cost, we will return it back in mass production.We also provide free samples in special conditions.

What’s the lead time?

It depends on quantity,generally samples processing about 5-7 days. mass production about 15-20 days.

Which kind of surface treatment can be done?

Anodizing, Polishing, Sandblasting, Zinc plating, Tin plating, Nickel plating, Gold plating, Silver plating, Copper plating, Black oxide, passivation and electrophoresis, etc.

What kind of drawings do we support?

STEP / Soliwork / CAD / CDR / DXF / PDF,etc.

How about the products quality?

We have a dedicated quality inspection department, which will conduct two quality inspections. If it is a defective product, we will reprocess it.

Which shipping methods can be chosen?

Air, sea and land transportation are all acceptable.

How about the contract and terms of privacy protection?

We will sign the NDA, and we will ensure customer privacy and security.
